Orthopedic Rehabilitation Program

Take the time to focus on rebuilding strength before returning to your usual routine. Our private orthopedic rehabilitation rooms are reserved for patients recovering from total joint replacement or any other orthopedic surgery. Professional rehab therapists are available on-site seven days a week as prescribed to help you achieve your goals. If needed, someone can accompany you to follow-up appointments with your surgeon.

The Orthopedic Team is committed to ensuring that each individual’s needs are addressed by:

One-on-one therapy programs available 7 days a week
Providing rehabilitation through an interdisciplinary approach that emphasizes communication, collaboration and cooperation
Lessening limitations of activities by focusing on the individual’s capabilities and utilizing compensatory strategies and devices
Providing the highest quality, patient focused rehabilitation
Removing or lessening restrictions to participation in life situations to the extent possible
Providing counseling to the individual and family and/or caregiver on alternative possibilities for life participation when necessary
Preparing the individual, family and/or caregiver to make the transition to the next stage of the rehabilitation process

Our dedicated program for orthopedic rehabilitation features:

Fully furnished private room with sitting area and private bathroom
Enhanced room amenities including flat-screen TV and a mini fridge
Professional rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy available seven days a week as prescribed by physician
Nurse practitioner available for continuity of care
Comprehensive patient education to support a successful recovery
Orthopedic surgeon updated weekly and as needed for effective care coordination
Complimentary transportation to and from medical appointments
